SUBJECT: UPDATE ON CANDIDATES AND ELECTION PROCESS
On or around August 25, 2025, electronic ballots will be made available to Classmates and widowed spouses of Classmates who have created an account on the “Class of ’75 50thReunion Registration Website.” Voting will be limited to electronic ballots, and in order to vote, you must create an account on the reunion website. Creating an account does not obligate you to pay for or participate in any reunion activities; rather, you are simply creating an account at a site that will enable you to vote and where you also will have the ability, if you choose, to sign up for reunion activities.
We currently have five “Named Candidates” and one “Declared Write-In Candidate.” Biographies of all candidates will accompany the ballots, and you will have the opportunity to cast votes for four weeks. Election results will be announced at our 50-year reunion Class Meeting. The term of office for the newly elected officers will commence immediately after the Class Meeting is adjourned.

Elaboration from Election Committee (8/6/2025): The “electronic ballot” is a web page on the Reunion Registration web site. Once the registrant has registered on the Reunion Registration web site, he/she will be enabled to click on the “VOTE HERE” button on the Registration page. The voter will be directed to a voting page (the “electronic ballot) on the Registration web site. There, he/she can indicate his/her choice for each office, including a Write-In option. There will be NO Electronic Ballot mailed or emailed to any voter.
NOTE: Additionally, on the Reunion Registration web site, after registering, the registrant can go to a different area of the web site to sign up and pay for events at the reunion.
